Artisys leverages well-honed recruiting, training, and retention expertise across numerous projects to include the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange (MHBE), Department of Human Services (DHS)/Maryland Department of Health (MDH), and American Federation of Teachers (AFT). Artisys’ recruiters pre-screen candidates by conducting detailed video conference, phone or in-person interviews to assess whether each candidate’s skill set, certifications, education, compensation requirements, career path, and expectations match the position’s requirements, and we perform background investigations on potential candidates. Should any staff need to be replaced during the term of the program, Artisys replaces them with an individual who has equivalent or higher qualifications subject to Virtusa approval. To service the effort and quickly deliver and substitute qualified personnel, Artisys will use its proven recruiting, screening, and onboarding approach detailed in our Just-in Time Staffing methodology shown in Figure 1:
